Q. How long will my delivery take to arrive?

A. We endeavour to deliver all goods within a 4 week period (*these can vary with production figures and holiday times.)

Q. What happens if I have a power cut?

A. All of our lift chairs are fitted with an emergency battery back-up feature. This will lower the chair in such incidents once, after which the battery will need replacing.

Q. I have a pet and I’m worried about it getting under the lift chair.

A. We advise that our pet guard barriers can be fitted, but stress that these are a visual preventative measure rather than 100% guarantee against any eventuality, however unlikely an accident should occur.

Q. My chair/bed is out of warranty but has stopped working. What can I do?
